• Ownership: Control investments in family or entrepreneur-owned businesses. We can remain flexible for a full or partial exit for the current owners.
• Management: We back established management teams, as well as support transition to an outside long-term management team.
• Geography: Primary focus is in the Midwest
• Industries: Industrial, Building Products, Medical, Food, Consumer.
• Business Models: B2B Distribution, Light Manufacturing and Specialized Services
• Exit: We are a holding company and therefore do not have a predetermined exit time horizon.
